Between the 14th August and 25th October 2024, the CQC inspected the base in Bournemouth, continually gathering evidence and information from staff and patients.
The overall rating has been published as GOOD
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is an executive non-departmental public body of the Department of Health and Social Care. It was established to regulate and inspect health and social care providers in England.
As part of the Health & Social Care sector, HTG-UK is inspected to ensure that our service provides safe, effective and high-quality care.
“The service demonstrated a good level of safety and well led practices. Operational challenge is actively addressed through risk assessments, policy updates and collaboration with other services.”
“Staff felt valued and supported by management initiatives, including access to wellness resources; and the service demonstrated a commitment to patient safety, staff well-being and continuous improvement.”
“Patients reported positive experiences with the service, feeling safe and respected during transport, rating the service, through patient surveys, as ‘very good’.”
