We are part of the Health Transportation Group (HTG), and with more than four decades of experience are one of Europe's largest providers of healthcare transport services.
The Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) is a NHS funded service for patients who, due to a medical condition, cannot make their own way to NHS appointments.
The service is available for patients travelling to and from a hospital appointment or treatment centre, upon discharge from hospital or for transfer between treatment centres.
The criteria to determine if a patient is eligible for transport is set by the Department of Health. All patient transport providers apply these rules when accepting bookings for transport.
