HTG-UK is proud to be an Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award and is committed to supporting veterans and their spouses/ partners into employment, whilst also supporting any ongoing military service. For example, we grant 5 days additional leave for annual Reserve Forces training.
HTG Therapeutic Response is affiliated with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) through BILD ACT, which certifies training providers against RRN Training Standards. These standards set an internationally recognised benchmark for reducing restrictive practices and promoting trauma-informed, least-restrictive care in mental health settings. HTG initially partnered with Holding Hands (a BILD-certified organisation) to deliver RRN-compliant training and is now progressing towards becoming a fully certified training organisation with a bespoke curriculum for mental health ambulance work, aiming for completion by early 2026.
HTG-UK’s ISO 9001 accreditation confirms its commitment to a robust Quality Management System that exceeds Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and supports NHS assurance reporting. The accreditation is backed by comprehensive internal audits, third-party compliance checks, and detailed documentation of training, complaints handling, and patient feedback, all of which were actively reviewed during the 2025 audit process.
HTG-UK’s ISO 14001 accreditation demonstrates its commitment to the highest environmental standards and long-term sustainability. The certification provides a structured framework for environmental management, supporting pollution prevention, waste minimisation, and reductions in energy and material consumption. It is actively maintained through regular audits, strategic reviews, and integration with NHS sustainability goals, ensuring continuous improvement across operations.
