Our Services

Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services

HTG UK provides non emergency patient transport for people who need help getting to and from healthcare appointments, hospital admissions or discharges, and regular treatments like dialysis or cancer care. The service is designed for patients who cannot use public transport or drive themselves, offering vehicles and trained staff to meet different mobility needs, including wheelchair and stretcher support.

Each journey is planned to make sure patients travel safely and comfortably, with crews checking individual needs before setting off. The aim is to provide a reliable, caring service that helps people attend vital appointments without stress or delay.

HTG UK also works closely with the NHS to maintain high standards of safety and quality. Regular checks, staff training and independent inspections ensure the service is professional, inclusive and focused on patient wellbeing.

Mental Health Transport Services - Therapeutic Response

Our HTG-UK family grew in 2024 when we acquired Therapeutic Response, a market leader with expert clinical oversight in delivering therapeutic, least restrictive care to patients. Therapeutic Response started as a family-run business when its clinical founders recognised the need for a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to mental health transport. To our knowledge, Therapeutic Response is the first and only of this kind in the UK. It is not just a transport service; it is a specialist mental health service on wheels.

Under the strategic leadership of founding owner Dr Laura Lovatt, Clinical Psychologist, we continue to progress this mission.  Our compassionate approach allows 96% of secure MH patients to travel to and from the hospital without any need for involuntary restraint.
