Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services
HTG-UK provides specialist patient transport for people with a wide range of needs. Our crews are trained to support patients with reduced mobility, wheelchair users, stretcher patients, those requiring High Dependency Units, and individuals with bariatric requirements.
Our transport helps patients attend a variety of services, including renal services, oncology treatment, outpatient appointments, and those being discharged from hospital.
In 2025, HTG-UK completed around 590,000 patient journeys, with approximately 760,000 journeys anticipated in 2026. With a workforce of more than 1,000 colleagues across the UK, we are one of the largest private ambulance providers in the country.
Our dedicated and highly trained staff use the latest technology and a modern fleet of ambulances to ensure each patient’s journey is tailored to individual medical needs and they receive the caring and compassionate service they need.
HTG-UK maintains a young and reliable fleet, with an average vehicle age of 2 years old. To ensure safety for our patients, we do not operate any vehicles older than 7 years.
