Authenticity

Central to our culture is to be authentic. This centres upon always being open, honest and transparent about every aspect of our service.

HTG-UK uses cutting-edge quality performance reporting technology, which helps us to constantly review, refined and improve our services. Internal and external audits, monthly quality reports, and internal audits are all conducted to monitor and progress the quality of our service.

Compassion

We create a culture in which staff feel safe to share any innovative ideas, raise any concerns and feel confident with safeguarding and risk management.

We uphold the NHS principals of a ‘Just Culture’, promoting a culture of systemic learning, not individual blame.

Relationship focused

We prioritise building strong connections with our patients, staff and stakeholders. All feedback from compliments, complaints and incidents are used collaboratively to continually develop and improve our service.

Therapeutic Response works closely with NHS England and the Restraint Reduction Network to define and promote good practice in the industry. TR founder, Dr Laura Lovatt, is also involved in publishing guidance on good practice for mental health transport and has delivered talks at Restraint Reduction Network Conferences.
