From April 2026, Health Transportation Group (HTG-UK) will deliver Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) across the region.
HTG-UK brings local experience from its contracts across Norfolk, Waveney, and Mid & South Essex, promising high standards of patient care, community support, and local job opportunities.
The ICB is working closely with us to ensure a smooth transition and continued access to vital treatment for thousands of patients.
